Deadline for submission of contributions including registration form, title of oral or
poster contribution and finally formatted contribution to the conference proceedings:
February 28, 2025
Deadline for “early bird” registration:
February 28, 2025.
Late registration without option for oral or poster contributions will be possible after
March 1st, 2025.
