ISEG – International Society for Energy Geostructures


The ISEG is the international society created to foster international collaboration and knowledge exchange in the rapidly growing field of energy geostructures - a technology at the intersection of geotechnical, structural, mechanical and energy engineering that has great potential for contributing to a sustainable energy future.

The Society aims to:

  • Build a multidisciplinary network connecting scientists, engineers, researchers, developers, clients, and suppliers
  • Promote cutting-edge research, high standards of professional practice, and educational initiatives
  • Organize conferences, workshops, webinars, and training schools
  • Encourage the large-scale adoption of energy geostructures through outreach, dissemination, and collaborative projects
